Which is better Frostburg Maryland or Wilkes-Barre to live at in 2025?

I somehow escaped Ukraine and war in there and moved to USA. Now im thinking what place from these two Frostburg Maryland and Wilkes-Barre for me and my family to live in 2025.
Any ideas? Im labour worker, wife can work on the restaraunt kitchen.
