Poll: Public Trust In The Judiciary

Link copied

Hello. Today I would like to hear your opinion about your trust in the courts and the judicial system.

Everyone knows that the judicial system in America is considered one of the best. On one hand, there are cases decided by a judge. On the other hand, there are trials with 12 jurors, where the final decision is made after those 12 people reach a verdict. There are even some very interesting movies about this.

Personally, since I am not American, I may not fully understand this system. But that does not mean I am not interested in learning about public trust in judiciary and what people in the United States think about it.

Please share your opinion. I am especially interested in seeing what the level of trust was, for example, 20 years ago compared with today. Has a lot changed?

As many Americans know, in 2026 many defendants are being released because prisons are overcrowded. That does not seem like something that is very fair.

However, this is a very sensitive topic. I do not want to force my opinion on anyone. I only want to hear yours.

Please take part in one of our polls on trust in the judiciary and share your answer. How much do you trust the judicial system in the United States?
