Poll: Trans acceptence in USA

Good afternoon. It is important for me to hear people's opinions about this poll and this topic because the number of transgender people continues to grow, and I would like to know what people think about it.

I am also interested in how much, in your opinion, society accepts transgender people in the United States. This trans acceptence USA poll is intended to better understand how people view this topic today.

At one point I lived in Canada, and I saw that transgender people were there, working ordinary jobs, and they did not seem very different from anyone else. It also looked like they were fully accepted by society in Canada. That is why I am interested in how transgender people are accepted in the United States and what your opinion on this topic is.

In July 2026, we updated this poll, but most importantly, we shared it on Reddit, where it received a great deal of attention and support, and many users came to this poll directly from Reddit.

However, as one Reddit user pointed out in the comments, Reddit has a large number of users who are part of the LGBT community. Because of this, the results may have become somewhat distorted and may not fully reflect the opinions of the broader U.S. population.

You can see this very clearly in the line chart, where the change in the results after the Reddit traffic arrived is especially noticeable. Please keep this context in mind when interpreting the current results.

To make the statistics more balanced, it would now be reasonable to share the same poll on a platform or within a community where more people hold right-wing or conservative views. This could help balance the sample and provide a broader picture of public opinion. For now, however, it is important to understand how the Reddit audience may have influenced the results.
