Doctors and hospitals treat receiving more money than they need as normal business practice. As a result, medical care in the US is very expensive. No matter how much they earn, many US citizens cannot afford necessary medical care, leading them to go without it or seek second-rate care. This causes health issues and death in many people's lives.

Additionally, one thing that helps make the US healthcare system good despite its flaws is that it provides care for everyone, including people who can't afford private care. Private healthcare options help a lot because they allow patients to get faster treatment than public institutions can provide. Private hospitals also allow doctors to provide more thorough treatments so their patients receive better outcomes than public institutions can provide due to limited funds or staffs. In addition, private hospitals help fund research that helps improve public health so future generations won't have to deal with the same issues

One thing that helps make the US healthcare system good despite its flaws is that it provides care for everyone, including people who can’t afford private care.

The government could easily help by subsidizing private healthcare options so people with lower incomes can afford quality medical care when needed. Healthcare shouldn't be a privilege only afforded to those who can pay for it or have enough resources to do so; everyone deserves quality medical care they can afford.
